Making time for your client

Government offices need more employees who could perform certain tasks to provide quality service and customer care which includes patience, cordiality, sincerity, willingness and expertise in work.

Republic Act No. 9485 stipulates the State shall maintain honesty and responsibility among its public officials and employees, and shall take appropriate measures to promote transparency in each agency with regard to the manner of transacting with the public, which shall encompass a program for the adoption of simplified procedures that will reduce red tape and expedite transactions in government

Therefore, having been given the opportunity to be hired and employed in a particular office will challenge us to assists and provide assistance to clients. Proper work ethics is applied to overcome undesirable situation within the workplace. It is also important to set personal goals in order to attain the desired outcome.

Moreover, building good relationship with the client is also significant in order to gain trust regardless of their status. As public servants we are obliged to offer most valuable service all the time. Our desire to render services will be achieved if we are eager to serve, never expecting any reward/ or something in return.

More important, we should have peaceful/ harmonious relationship with our superior and colleagues. Working with them will surely guarantee a wholehearted support to your work.
