It is our desire that the Community of Malaybalay City will abide the goal of Education which is to promote Values Education  in three levels of the educational system for the development of the human person committed to the building of “a just and human society” and an independent and democratic nation.

It is observed that we are living in a sick society today.  The increase of violent activities, behavioral disorder and lack of unity in our society, etc. are signs that we need to inculcate positive values of our youth today.

Values Education is not only essential to students but to all of us to achieve peace so as to be worthy and genuine Filipino. (Rosie A. Salupado)
