A three-day orientation seminar-workshop for newly hired teachers in kindergarten, elementary, junior and senior high school initiated by Malaybalay City Division was conducted on June 7 to 9 at Roberto’s Place, Casisang, Malaybalay City.

This aims to equip all hired teachers with the necessary preparation of becoming holistically skilled to cope up with the demands of the 21st century learners as their clienteles. This is also anchored in the department’s mission and vision to take move in assuring readiness among these 101 newly hired teachers before their deployment to the different schools they are assigned within Malaybalay City Division.

Technical Working Group was set to facilitate the training as well as to lead the discussion assigned with various related topics for the teachers   to be aware of the kind of school environment and community they will be taking part in soon. Moreover they will be self-assured and serene in carrying out their duties and responsibilities aligned with their authority, accountability and responsibility.
